We want you to love your Coach product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out.
In the event that you find your online purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you an exchange on
your online order under the following conditions.
- Purchases must be returned within 30 days of placing your order.
- Purchases must not be sales items.
- Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all labels and product swing tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons earrings and hosiery cannot be refunded for change of mind.
- Monogrammed and customised items cannot be returned.
If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the return request will be
declined.

within 30 days of placing your order.
All goods sold are non-refundable for cash or credit. Only
under special circumstances, may store credit be granted.
Please note: Purchases made on Coach
e-commerce stores cannot be returned at Coach Retail or Outlet stores, and vice versa.
Any repairs must be accompanied by the original official COACH receipt or e-invoice.
Repairs
are made at no
charge within 12 months of purchase.
Purchase that are older than 12 months will be repaired
on a pre-paid
basis.
Paid/Repaired merchandise(s) not collected within 30 days from the date of issuance of
the receipt
or pick up notification will be treated as unclaimed and may be disposed of without liability on
Coach’s
part.
COACH reserves the right to change or edit the return, exchange and repair
policies.
Where a
dispute arises, the decision of COACH shall be final. The COACH Exchange and Repair Policies are
subject to
applicable laws.
