Coach Singapore Pte. Ltd. Lucky Dip – Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
The lucky dip ("Lucky Dip") is conducted by Coach Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Organizer").
2. Eligibility
The Lucky Dip is open to each customer who makes a purchase of any value at the
Coach Pop-Up at ION Orchard during the event period from 6 March to 10 April 2025
(“Qualifying Customer”).
Each Qualifying Customer is entitled to one (1) Lucky Dip per transaction, regardless of
the purchase amount.
The Lucky Dip is available daily from 6 March to 10 April 2025 (both dates inclusive),
between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, at the Coach Pop-Up at ION Orchard.
3. Lucky Dip Mechanics
Each Qualifying Customer will be given the opportunity to draw a ticket from the Lucky
Dip immediately after making a purchase. The Organizer reserves the right to request
proof of purchase before allowing participation in the Lucky Dip.
Each ticket will reveal a prize.
Each Qualifying Customer will receive a prize from the prize category indicated on the
drawn ticket.
The prize will be made available for instant redemption at the Pop-Up. Unclaimed prizes
will be forfeited.
4. Prizes
Prizes include Coach items in the following categories:
Bags
Small Leather Goods
Pin
Leather Care Set
Prizes are randomly allocated on an “as is” basis and are non-transferable, non-
exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other items. No substitution of
prizes will be made except as provided in the Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion.
All warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed.
5. General Terms & Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to, and may at any time at its sole and absolute
discretion without giving any reason, cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or suspend the
Lucky Dip without prior notice.
The Organizer's decisions on all matters relating to the Lucky Dip (including without
limitation, a qualifying purchase), and in respect of any dispute arising out of or in
connection with the Lucky Dip and/or the prizes, shall be final and binding on all
participants.
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense of any nature, or
disappointment, suffered by any person (including without limitation, Qualifying
Customers) howsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Dip, the participation
by a Qualifying Customer in the Lucky Dip by a Qualifying Customer, or any of the prizes
to be won thereunder.
The Lucky Dip and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws Singapore
and each Qualifying Customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Singapore.
By participating, each Qualifying Customer agrees to abide by these terms and
conditions. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and
Conditions shall have no right to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
