Can I place my order over the phone?

No, all orders should be made via singapore.coach.com only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at contactus@coach.com or 800-860-0698 and we’ll do our best to help.

How will I know if Coach received my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, call us at 800-860-0698.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Do you offer price adjustments?

No we do not. Please also note that there will be no price adjustments given for sale items that are further discounted.

Can I order or ship Coach products outside of Singapore?

Coach.com does not accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of Singapore.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Does Coach offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All Coach online purchases come gifting-ready. Every item purchased in your order will be individually wrapped in a gift box and will include a paper bag.

Can I request for monogramming services for my purchases?

We offer free monogramming services in-store for purchases made on our online store. Simply bring along your bag and produce your e-receipt to avail of the service. Do note that monogramming can only be done on hangtags.

Can I purchase vouchers or gift cards?

We currently do not have vouchers or gift cards for sale.

Does Coach offer contactless delivery?

Contactless Delivery is only suitable if your delivery address is accessible and safe for leaving parcels.

By selecting Contactless Delivery, you hereby agree that:

(a) Coach Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Coach or We), which for the purpose of this paragraph includes our appointed delivery partner, will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and are authorised to leave your parcel at the delivery address designated by you (Delivery Address) without obtaining a signature from any person; and

(b) if your parcel is delivered in the manner described above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the Delivery Address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach shall not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage howsoever sustained or incurred to your parcel. By authorizing Coach to leave your parcel at the Delivery Address, you hereby release Coach and its affiliates and representatives from all liability (whether direct or indirect, in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss or damage to your parcel.
