Tapestry, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively or individually, “Tapestry”, “we”, or “us”) have put in place this Security and Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) in commitment towards the protection of your Personal Data (as defined below) and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy explains Tapestry’s information and data processing practices, as well as the choices you can make about the way we collect your Personal Data, including in our stores (both physical and virtual), on our social media platforms and via our websites (“Websites”), and the manner in which Tapestry will use your information. We act as data controller (or the equivalent concept under applicable data protection laws) of Personal Data that we collect.

By submitting your Personal Data to Tapestry, you are agreeing that Tapestry may collect, store, use, disclose and destroy it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal Data We Collect From You

For purposes of this policy, "Personal Data" means any information by which you can be identified, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing and account information, credit or debit card information, and other information incidental to providing goods or services, as defined in applicable data protection laws. We may also collect and process personal data that may be considered sensitive, including information relating to your health condition, where required by applicable law.

We collect Personal Data from you only when you voluntarily provide us with this information. Some examples of the manner in which we collect your Personal Data include when you place an order through our Website or in our stores; register your product after purchase; register an online account on our Website, set up a wish list, gift reminders, or address book entries; enter a contest; take a survey; contact us with a comment or question; request a catalogue; sign up either online or in-store to receive emails or marketing communications about our products and services; request to receive investor alerts, or participate in any marketing or promotional gaming activity. Some of these methods of data collection are further outlined below.

A. WEBSITE REGISTRATION
To register an account on our Website, you must complete the registration process by providing Personal Data, such as your name, address, email, telephone number or mobile phone number, as well as information relating to what you would like to receive from us. If you choose to register, you will be asked to choose a user name and password. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time and the manner in which this can be done is explained further once you have accessed your account.

B. SHOPPING WITH TAPESTRY
If you make a purchase from a Tapestry-owned brand (even without registering an account with us), we obtain Personal Data from you relating to the order. This may be done either online or in-store. The Personal Data collected by Tapestry varies depending on the location and manner of your purchase, but it will generally include your billing, shipping and payment information. In addition to using this Personal Data to fulfil your order, we also retain order information to better serve you on future purchases. Should you opt in to receive marketing communication from us we may also use this Personal Data to contact you in connection with other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. Again, you may unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time. If you receive your marketing by email, each email will have a single click unsubscribe button at the bottom.

C. EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS
If you apply for a job with Tapestry, Personal Data requested may include your qualifications for the position, your education, applicable licenses or certifications, prior job history, references, and any other information that you may choose to include about yourself. If you are accepted for employment, we will, of course, collect other relevant Personal Data from you and include it in your personnel file with that collected during the application process.

D. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you choose to sign up for marketing communications either while browsing the Website or during one of your store visits, you must submit certain basic information during the registration process, this will include your name and email address. This Personal Data is used to send you marketing communications across email, SMS, messaging applications (such as WhatsApp), social platforms, or other channels, and to ensure that we can provide you with appropriate customer care and respond to your inquiries. We will only do so where you have opted-in to receive such communications and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

E. SURVEYS
While visiting certain portions of the Website, you may be given the opportunity to provide feedback regarding various Tapestry-owned brand products or you may be given opportunities to rate Tapestry-owned brand products and to publicly ask and answer questions pertaining to Tapestry-owned brand products. In order to fully participate in these portions of the Website, you will be asked to provide your name and email address, as well as a created online username which will be publicly linked to your product ratings, questions, answers and other comments. Tapestry retains this additional Personal Data, if provided, and uses it to help us better understand and respond to the collective feedback we receive. We may also invite you to participate in a survey or poll such as providing feedback on our Website site content, services, or products. Such surveys or polls may be conducted not only through the Website, but also via a third-party digital survey platform, or through physical forms distributed in-store or at our events. Your responses will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details so that we can provide you with additional information regarding the survey or poll.

F. COOKIES AND WEB TRACKING TECHNIQUES
We use "cookies" on our Website to help us analyse web traffic and evaluate and improve the content or functions of our Website. A cookie is a small text file which is sent by a website, accepted by a web browser and then placed onto your computer’s hard drive. The information collected from these cookies lets us know that you visited our site in the past, and helps you avoid having to re-enter information on each visit in order to use some of our online functionality. Cookies also help us analyse use of our site, and better aggregate useful information when site users provide feedback about our site or products. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from our Website. This will provide you with more control over the acceptance of cookies on your hard drive. However, it is possible that some portions of the Website will not function properly or may perform more slowly if you choose to reject cookies. By using our Website and not disabling cookies, you consent to allowing their use for the described purposes. We may use access method information along with information about site searches you run to serve you personalized content using third party vendors.

We use third party advertising companies to serve advertisements on other sites you may visit. To accomplish this, these companies may employ anonymous cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness and understand your visits to our Website and other web sites. These selected companies also provide this information to us which we use for marketing purposes. Tapestry also works with a third party vendor, Omniture to analyse web user’s browsing patterns on our Website. Omniture may place cookies on your computer to receive information about your browsing and purchasing activity on the Website, and help us to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience. We also may use a technology known as clear gifs to help us confirm your receipt of and response to our emails. If you wish to prevent further use of clear gifs in this manner, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Tapestry email that you receive, emailing us at CustomerCareSEA@coach.com with your request to be removed from our email list, or by changing your preferences in your Account.

G. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
When you visit any of Tapestry’s pages on a third party social networking platform such as Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, or Twitter, you may encounter social media plugins such as Facebook “Like”, Tweets, Pinterest “Pin” buttons, etc. When you use these social networking platforms and plugins, your username and password for the services and other information available about you or collected from you on these services may be shared with us. The platforms are responsible for ensuring that they apply appropriate safeguards and give you options in relation to such collection.

When you use social networking platforms and plugins, you share your Personal Data with the operators of those platforms and their privacy policy and applicable terms of use apply to the use and disclosure of such Personal Data.

H. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Tapestry may use automated decision-making tools for business purposes, including conducting data analytics, in accordance with applicable law.

I. CCTV AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
We operate closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) and other video surveillance systems at our premises, including our stores, offices, warehouses, and other facilities. Our CCTV systems capture video footage of individuals who enter or are present in areas under surveillance. We do not use CCTV to monitor staff performance. We collect and use CCTV footage for purposes protecting the safety and security of our customers, employees, visitors and property; preventing, detecting and investigating theft, fraud, misconduct, safety incidents and other unlawful or inappropriate activity; and supporting claims, audits and internal investigations. For selected stores, we may also utilise CCTV footage to analysing aggregate customer demographics, foot traffic, movement patterns and behavioural trends to optimise store layout, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. We have clear signage in areas where CCTV is in operation.

Tapestry's Use of Your Personal Data

We use Personal Data collected from you for the following purposes:

for the specific purpose for which it was provided by you;
to improve the content, appearance and utility of our Website or stores;
to understand your needs and preferences in relation to the Tapestry brand and to personalise your shopping experience, including tailoring product recommendations, services, and communications based on your preferences, purchase history, and interactions with the Tapestry brands;
to maintain and update customer profiles in our CRM systems for the purposes of customer service, supporting clientele, marketing, and after‑sales support;
to administer loyalty, membership, or VIP programmes, including managing rewards, benefits, invitations, RSVPs, attendance records, participation in brand events, previews and exclusive promotions;
to send you marketing communications across email, SMS, social platforms, messaging apps or other channels, where legally permitted and where you have provided your consent or have not opted out;
to develop, market, sell or provide products and services including aftersales services such as repair, authentication, warranty, or product care services;
to enable cross‑brand operational functions within the Tapestry brands, such as consolidated reporting, analytics, customer insights, and group‑level planning, where permitted by law;
to conduct surveys, research and evaluations;
to conduct data analysis, testing and research,
to conduct monitoring and analysis of website usage and activity trends;
to manage and develop our business and operations, administer accounts, and collect and process payments;
to ensure the safety and security of our stores, customers, employees, and assets, including through our mentioned CCTV monitoring, loss-prevention measures, and the detection and prevention of negligence, fraud, theft and other illegal activities; and
as permitted by, and to comply with, any legal or regulatory requirements, process or provisions.

We may combine information you provide to us from multiple sources and with information from third parties including demographic or public information.

We will only use or disclose Personal Information in accordance with applicable law. We will only use your Personal Information for a purpose for which it was collected or a related purpose, unless you consent to a different use or disclosure or where such different use or disclosure is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

If you do not provide us with the information we request, we may not be able to fulfil the applicable purpose of collection, such as to supply our products or services to you, or provide you with information you have requested.

Tapestry's Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data with our subsidiaries or affiliated companies, including those located outside of your country. We also may share your Personal Data with selected third parties who provide services to us, including to process payments; provide electronic online investor information; monitor Website activity, serve Website content; help to maintain our customer database; administer emails, surveys, or contests; support customer service; conduct data analytics; and administer and maintain employment application information. In particular, we may share your personal data with third parties (for example, Google Ads and similar vendors) who provide marketing and business analytics services to us, including for the purposes of serving website content and enabling or conducting targeted advertising.

Our service providers are not authorized to use your Personal Data for any purpose other than to provide the services that Tapestry has contracted from them. We also must always reserve the right to disclose Personal Data about you as required by law, in response to legal process including law enforcement requests, and where needed to protect the safety, property, or legal rights of Tapestry or its affiliates or third parties.

Occasionally we may provide a link to a third party website which is not owned or operated by Tapestry. If you elect to provide your Personal Data on that third party website, this information will be subject to that third party website's privacy policy and security practices. We are not responsible or liable for any content presented by or contained on any independent website, including, but not limited to, any advertising claims or marketing practices. We also are not responsible or liable for any privacy or security policies of these third party sites.

In the unlikely event that Tapestry or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another company, or due to any merger, reorganization or liquidation, your Personal Data may transferred (including overseas); however, it will remain subject to any pre-existing privacy policy, unless you consent otherwise or if otherwise permitted by applicable law. Please note that different standards may apply to how your data is used and protected than the standards in place in your country.

Tapestry never sells any Personal Data that you provide to us for use by any third party. However, from time to time, we may provide aggregate (statistical) anonymized information about our customers, sales, online traffic patterns and related information to reputable third parties who help us improve our business and services. These statistics do not include Personal Data.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will not retain your Personal Data longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. At the end of the retention period, we will securely destroy or permanently delete your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws.

Promotions and Third Parties

From time to time, Tapestry may run promotions offering special deals, coupons, discounts, chances to win contests, and other prizes. These promotions may necessitate the involvement of third parties. In order to participate in these promotions, Tapestry may require certain basic information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, and age. This and other required information may be stored by Tapestry in order to help us better understand how we can design and market our products for you and others. This information may also be shared with third-party promotional partners involved in the specific promotion for which you signed-up. Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion, your participation is not an automatic opt-in to receive marketing materials from Tapestry. We will only send you marketing materials with your prior consent.

A. RIGHT TO UNSUBSCRIBE
You have the right to unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from Tapestry, as well as the right to unsubscribe from any of the programs that we offer. Please note that if you already have requested products or services when you decide to withdraw consent, there may be a short period of time for us to update your preferences and ensure that we honour your request.

B. MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
The accuracy, integrity and security of your Personal Data is very important and Tapestry takes reasonable steps to ensure that these priorities are addressed. We encourage you to contact us to update or correct your Personal Data if it changes or if you believe that any information that we have collected about you is inaccurate. Consistent with legal requirements and limitations, Tapestry also permits you to obtain a copy of Personal Data that we hold about you or request the transfer of your Personal Data to another data controller of your choice. In addition, you have the right to withdraw consent or restrict the manner in which we process your Personal Data.

If you make a request that we correct your personal information that we hold and we do not agree to your request, you have the right to provide us with a statement of correction sought but not made, and request that we attach the statement of correction to your information.

Please note that we will likely require additional information from you in order to honour your request, such as to ensure proper authentication or to verify the business branch of Tapestry to which the information was provided.

C. SAFEGUARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Tapestry follows applicable laws and requirements to protect and safeguard your Personal Data. We have adopted physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards that are designed to protect your Personal Data, by reducing the risk of loss, misuse, alteration, theft, unauthorized access, or unauthorized disclosure.

For example, when you place an order on our Website, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption tool that provides security while transmitting information over the Internet. We also use firewall technology, password controls, and other technological and procedural safeguards in respect of your online interactions with Tapestry.

We evaluate our privacy safeguards on an ongoing basis to help minimize risks from new security threats as they become known. Although we have implemented the above security measures, we note that 100% guaranteed security is not possible for any company.
